Meet Aoy, your host
Phimonwan came to the UK in the year 2007 and since then has worked tirelessly to gain the experience of supplying quality food to a European audience. She has worked in most types of Asian food kitchens and therefore has a wide knowledge of the different cooking methods and ingredients used across the industry.
In 2018 she reached her dream of owning her own Thai Restaurant in Dartmouth building it to a level of excellence for the quality of its food that people travelled from the surrounding towns for certain dishes that she became known. Unfortunately, at the end of the lease she was unable to renew and took the opportunity to take a position as a lead chef at a foremost Thai Restaurant in Exeter before the opportunity arrived for her to take over this venue.
Aoy (her nickname) adores cooking and to learn from her customers requirements. She accepts that her customers tastes will differ. What one person considers spicy another will not and vice versa. She encourages you, her customers, to come forward if a meal is not what you hoped, and she will endeavour to correct it to the taste you require. Everything in the restaurant is prepared from scratch and her sole aim is to please you, her customer.
She and her staff are here to serve you and if you are happy then so is she.
